This gebouw uit 1941 geeft onderdak aan Grieks specialiteiten restaurant Michalis en de pizzeria Villa Doluca. Vroeger was hier Appels & Peren gevestigd, maar dat restaurant is verhuisd naar nijmegen. EDIT: On June 3rd, 2010, Michalis restaurant burned down. The place was almost completely destroyed; a small portion of Villa Doluca remained. Cause of fire still unknown, the police and insurance are investigating. The word is spreading that the owner wasn't making any profit, and burned the place down to collect the insurance money.
