The Adam's Mark Hotel located on two blocks along the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall in downtown Denver is Colorado's largest hotel with 1,225 rooms! The tallest section contains 22 floors and tops out at 91 m (299 ft). It was designed by I.M. Pei & Partners and Rogers & Butler and completed in 1960. It won an AIA National Honor Award in 1961 and in 1995 received a 25 Year Award from the AIA Denver Chapter. On the street level, there are a handful of shops and restaurants: McDonalds, Players, Quiznos Subs, Maui Wowi Coffees and Smoothies, Energy Solutions, White Crown and Bravo! Restaurant among others.
