Built in 2007; designed by Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Assoc. Upon completion, it is the tallest all-residential building in Chicago and second tallest in the U.S. at 672 feet. It is also the first residential building in Chicago to meet the Green Building Council's certification standards (LEED). Modeled by Holly Alcorn
