Over looking Battery Park, Two Broadway was one of the first modern buildings to be built in Lower Manhattan. Originally the Building, Completed in 1959 with a 1950's checkerboard facade until the mid-90's when the building was re-cladded to a glass wall of alternate-sized glass panes of a blue-green tint. The massive 129,180 m² rises to a full height of 421 feet, 33 Stories. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, owned by the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority
