The tower was completed in 2006 and is 58 stories tall. It was topped out in September 2005 and has dominated the 42nd Street landscape since it was finished. For the Christmas holiday in 2004, the construction cranes were decorated in red and green lights. The building while it was being constructed was featured in an iTunes commercial.
