This is one of the many halls of Thranduil, King of the Woodelves of Mirkwood, father of Legolas. The forest river runs through it and it has stone piers for small cargo boats. Carved in the corners are staircases leading to the second floor matroneums, connected by a bridge over the river. The entire Hall is decorated with Tree reliefs.
