The Agar Grove Estate was built as local authority housing by Camden council in London. It was approved in 1962 and finished in 1965. The tower block is called Lulworth and is 56 m high with 19 floors. It is currently managed by a tenant's co-operative rather than a housing association, and there has been a marked reduction in crime and vandalism in recent years.
