Shin Kuan Pier is constructed by the waterfront in 2003 in Kaohsiung City. The design concept was based on the sundial shape, with the white columns and spears which performs the magnificent new spot in Taiwan. Once it combines the function of sightseeing railway station and Ferries, but now it's used for the ferries' transportation only. 新光碼頭在2003年建於高雄市的水岸，它的設計概念來自於日晷的形狀，由白色的柱子與劍凸呈現出這個壯觀的新景點，它曾經是觀光列車的停靠站，但現在它只有渡輪站的作用。位於高雄市前鎮區新光路底
