a minimalist, eco-dwelling designed for the temperate climate of San Francisco. This dwelling has many pre-fabricated components, and sits on a single point foundation- minimizing or eliminating site prep. Utilizing design priciples of tensegrity and efficient material usage, this dwelling epitmizes living lightly on this Earth (thanks Bucky). Utilities include low-tech solar hot water, photo-voltaic 12 volt electricity, water collection, super insulation, and passive solar heating. Designed for the urban single or couple, bicylce transportation is understood.
