Here is how you get Dynamic Components Toolbar: View<Toolbars>Large Tool Set>Dynamic Components toolbar. Jerry0, pay attention to me. I still hadn't had Sketchup Pro 7!

Two probs to start with: german version and SU8.
when I right-click in scene 6 I get the "DC", but thats it: "no option for this component", Scene 7 to 12 useless.

couldn't see the dynamic components attributes menu so when I looked to find how the function works it wasn't there.

I think dynamic components have a future but Google just need to concentrate on making SU better before they make it bigger. It is just based on such an old chassis that needs to be replaced. Come on Google! You have the money, why aren’t you doing anything real SU users need or want. SU needs its revolution!

This was very helpful, and the instructions were great. There is a small error in the instructions though: In Scene 6, where we are directed to open Component Attributes, the icon for Component Options is shown instead, which confused me at first.

Before ANYONE rates this, read this message: The so called, "creator" of this model is in fact a person hired by Google to post Google's models. So what I mean is this "person" is NEVER EVER EVER going to respond to anything you say in a review. That's what Google's feedback system is for.
