Kuvaus	This is where the annual Groundhog's Day celebration takes place in Punxsutawney, PA. Each year, the "Inner Circle", a select group of top-hat and tuxedo wearing folks awaken Phil and find out if Phil sees his shadow. If Phil sees his shadow, it means that there will be 6 more weeks of Winter. If he does not see his shadow, there will be an early Spring! <br /> 2010: Phil sees his shadow!
