[MODEL UPDATED ON 9/09/11] The New Four World Trade Center is part of the World Trade Center Reconstruction Project. It is located on the south-east side of the World Trade Center site. Construction has reached the 50th floor as of September 09, 2011. As of September 09, 2011, installation for the glass facade is now at floor 30. The New Four World Trade Center is expected to be completed by the end of 2013. In fact, it is built on the exact spot where the former Four World Trade Center building stood before the 9/11 attacks.
