Der Bahnhof von Nördlingen befindet sich am östlichen Altstadtrand unweit des Deininger Tors. Ein erstes Bahnhofsgebäude entstand in Nördlingen 1849 mit der Eisenbahnlinie Augsburg-Nürnberg. Der heutige Bestand stammt im wesentlichen vom Wiederaufbau nach der Zerstörung von 1945. Der Bahnhof liegt 446 m ü. NN. Heute befindet sich im Bahhof das "Reisebüro im Bahnhof".
